İşbu Aydınlatma Metni, 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu ("KVKK") kapsamında, Flow IQ Digital tarafından veri sorumlusu sıfatıyla, web sitemiz üzerinden işlenen kişisel verilerinize ilişkin olarak sizi bilgilendirmek amacıyla hazırlanmıştır. Web sitemiz statik bir sitedir; çerez, analitik araç veya reklam pikseli kullanmaz ve verilerinizi bir veritabanında saklamaz. Sizden veri yalnızca İletişim formunu doldurup WhatsApp üzerinden bize gönderdiğinizde elde edilir.This Notice is prepared by Flow IQ Digital, acting as data controller, to inform you about the personal data processed through our website under Türkiye's Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"). Our website is a static site; it uses no cookies, analytics tools or ad pixels, and stores no data in a database. We obtain data from you only when you fill in the Contact form and send it to us via WhatsApp.

• Tek veri toplama noktası İletişim formudur. Bu formda şu alanlar yer alır: Ad Soyad, Şirket (isteğe bağlı), E-posta, Telefon (isteğe bağlı), İlgi alanı ve Büyüme hedefi (mesaj).The only point of data collection is the Contact form, which contains: Full name, Company (optional), Email, Phone (optional), Area of interest, and Growth goal (message).
• Önemli: Form gönderildiğinde veriler bir sunucuya iletilmez. Form, girdiğiniz bilgileri ön-doldurulmuş şekilde WhatsApp'ta (wa.me) açar; mesajı bize göndermeyi siz tercih ettiğinizde verileriniz WhatsApp üzerinden tarafımıza ulaşır. Yani kişisel verileriniz, ancak siz WhatsApp/e-posta yoluyla göndermeyi seçtiğinizde işlenir.Important: When the form is submitted, the data is not sent to a server. The form opens WhatsApp (wa.me) with your entered details pre-filled; your data reaches us via WhatsApp only when you choose to send the message. In other words, your personal data is processed only when you opt to send it via WhatsApp/email.

• Hukuki sebep: Verileriniz, KVKK m.5/2-(c) uyarınca "bir sözleşmenin kurulması veya ifasıyla doğrudan doğruya ilgili olması" ve m.5/2-(f) uyarınca "ilgili kişinin temel hak ve özgürlüklerine zarar vermemek kaydıyla veri sorumlusunun meşru menfaati" hukuki sebeplerine dayanılarak işlenir. Formu doldurup göndermeniz, talebinizle sınırlı bir iletişim iradesini de ifade eder.Legal basis: Your data is processed under Art. 5/2-(c) of the KVKK ("directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract") and Art. 5/2-(f) ("legitimate interest of the data controller, provided it does not harm the data subject's fundamental rights and freedoms"). By completing and sending the form, you also express an intent to communicate, limited to your inquiry.

WhatsApp, Meta Platforms, Inc. tarafından işletilen ve sunucuları yurt dışında bulunan bir mesajlaşma hizmetidir.When you submit the Contact form, your message is delivered via WhatsApp. WhatsApp is a messaging service operated by Meta Platforms, Inc., with servers located abroad.

• Bu nedenle, formu WhatsApp üzerinden göndermeyi tercih ettiğinizde, mesaj içeriğindeki kişisel verileriniz WhatsApp/Meta altyapısı üzerinden işlenir ve yurt dışına aktarılmış olabilir. Bu aktarım, mesajlaşma kanalı olarak WhatsApp'ı kullanmanızın doğal bir sonucudur.Therefore, when you choose to send the form via WhatsApp, the personal data contained in your message is processed through the WhatsApp/Meta infrastructure and may be transferred abroad. This transfer is a natural consequence of your using WhatsApp as the messaging channel.

• İşlenen verilerin münhasıran otomatik sistemlerle analizi sonucu aleyhinize bir sonuç çıkmasına itiraz etmeobject to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis of your data
